Niels believes in creating positive economic impact and long-term value for his clients and the communities in which they live and work. ​

This involves generating and preserving the wealth of investors by providing the most professional real estate investment sales, research, and advisory services.

His specialized focus on NYC mid-market retail and mixed-use assets, positions him advantageously to create opportunities for private and institutional investors. From this platform, Niels also advises those investing commercial assets throughout the USA.

Niels spent seven years living in Copenhagen, Denmark prior to his time in Westchester, New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where he majored in International Political Economy & Development. He currently resides in lower Manhattan where he spends his time trying new restaurants, exercising along the Hudson, reading and hanging out with friends & family.
